adesso Türkiye wins two international awards in R&D and artificial intelligence (AI)

adesso Türkiye has received international recognition with two prestigious awards in the fields of  Research & Development (R&D)  and  Artificial Intelligence (AI), reinforcing its position as a leading provider of human-centric technology solutions. The company was awarded the Gold Award at the Brandon Hall Group Excellence in Technology Awards for its employee experience platform,  aX Tool, and also received the Best AI Project Award at the 4th International Conference on Design, Research & Development for a machine learning-based solution developed for the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.

Gold award for employee engagement technology

adesso Türkiye's innovative aX Tool, an AI-powered employee experience management platform, earned the Gold Award in the Best Advance in Employee Engagement Technology category at the 2024 Brandon Hall Group Excellence in Technology Awards.

Combining Artificial Intelligence,  Natural Language Processing (NLP), and  Machine Learning (ML), aX Tool goes beyond traditional employee surveys by analyzing employees' key emotional moments throughout their work lifecycle. With personalized dashboards tailored to various organizational levels, HR teams are empowered to make data-driven and strategic decisions to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

Best AI project in the FMCG

In addition to this achievement, adesso Türkiye's R&D team developed a groundbreaking AI project titled  "Churn Detection and User Classification via Machine Learning in the Food and Beverage Sector." The project was presented at AICONF'24 – International Conference on Applied Artificial Intelligence and later recognized as the  Best AI Project  at the  4th International Conference on Design, Research, and Development.

Utilizing real-world data and a combination of supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques, the project delivers advanced insights into churn prediction and user segmentation. It aims to boost marketing efficiency and customer retention strategies within the FMCG industry. The study was also published in the  European Journal of Research and Development, further validating its academic and practical impact.
