The adesso adessi2be program is a unique working experience designed for those who want to pursue a career in coding. The program benefits third or last-year university students who wish to turn theoretical knowledge into practice while having fun! A typical "adessi2be" alumni is presented with full-time positions for local and international projects.

Onboarding & Orientation

Welcoming is a crucial part of our unique culture. With the guidance of your  Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), your buddy,  technology head, and  delivery manager, we strive to make you feel like a team member from day one.

The  Human Resources team organizes an  orientation meeting during the first week, bringing together all new adessis. This meeting provides insights into the company culture, processes, and team dynamics. Consequently, you can quickly adapt to your role and build connections with your new colleagues.

Usually, on the last Friday of every month, we host our  Welcome Day, where you'll have the chance to meet and chat with like-minded colleagues. This event helps new adessis integrate into the team quickly and better understand the company's goals.

Our highly customized  onboarding program focuses on your needs and includes all the activities to help you feel at home at adesso.

HR Business Partners maintain support beyond onboarding, accompanying every adessi through their career journey with a comprehensive approach to employee experience. We continuously foster each adessi's professional development and workplace happiness through regular meetings and tailored support systems.

Digital Workplace Transformation

In addition to our offices in Istanbul, Ankara, and Izmir, you can benefit from the flexible workspaces at  Workinton offices. In Istanbul and Bursa, Workinton offices provide modern infrastructure, high-speed internet, and a comfortable working environment. You can choose the Workinton office closest to you within the city, diversify your work experience, and network with professionals from different industries.

Socializing and Team Spirit

At adesso, we value having fun and strengthening social bonds while working.  RoofTop, located on the top floor of our Istanbul Maslak office, is a special space where adessi come together to socialize, learn, and have fun. Here, technical and personal development trainings, entertaining activities like PlayStation, board games, internal company events, and special day celebrations occur.

Our  Welcome Day, held generally on the last Friday of every month, helps new adessis quickly adapt to the team. During this event, our managers share updates on current projects, answer questions, and encourage interaction among new hires.

The day concludes with a fun  Happy Hour. At Happy Hour, we wrap up the workweek with themed parties, surprise activities, drinks, snacks, and music in a relaxed atmosphere.

Find Your Passion with adesso’s Clubs

At adesso, we believe in fostering teamwork and passion beyond the workplace. Our community is divided into two main branches: Sports Clubs and Hobby Clubs, offering a variety of activities to suit every interest. Under our Sports Clubs, we have adesso Football Team (aFT), adesso Gaming Team (aGT), adesso Running Team (aRT), and adesso Tennis Team (aTT). Meanwhile, our Hobby Clubs include adesso Creative Minds (aCM), adesso Diving Team (aDT), adesso Gastro Hub(aGH), adesso Wellness Hub (aWH), and adesso Extreme Team (aXT).
