adesso Group takes over SAP consulting company arteno

The adesso Group has continued its international expansion and growth strategy by acquiring arteno, one of Turkey’s leading SAP consulting service providers. arteno’s 30 employees will become part of adesso Turkey, subject to a formal review by the Turkish authorities.

In future, the team will form a new SAP business line within adesso Turkey with the aim of expanding local SAP business in Turkey while supporting adesso orange in SAP projects in the German-speaking market and throughout Europe. arteno’s partners Mutlu Demiriz, Caner Mülayim and Emre Topaler will be responsible for the management of the new SAP division as part of adesso Turkey.

Both sides benefit equally from the merger: As an internationally experienced consulting company for SAP-based core business applications, arteno brings highly specialised expertise to the ongoing development of adesso’s existing and new customer business. In turn, access to the resources of the adesso Group and SAP Gold Partner adesso orange offers arteno employees unique development potential in an agile, fast-growing corporate environment.

arteno’s merger with adesso Turkey is an important building block for the adesso Group in the strategic development of its international business. Going forward, all adesso customers will be able to benefit from the know-how of arteno’s SAP experts as part of the adesso SmartShore model.
