We’ve done it again! adesso is Germany’s best ICT Employer 2018 in the 1,000+ employee category – as proven by coming top of Great Place to Work’s ranking of ‘Germany’s best ICT Employers’ again in 2018.

In their overall company rankings for Germany, which included around 740 companies of all sizes and from all sectors of the economy, adesso ranked 4th in the 501–2,000 employees category.

We scored particularly highly in the areas of team spirit, pride, fairness and respect.

Great Place to Work uses two key methods to identify the most attractive employers to work for. Firstly, the institute carries out a culture audit to assess the quality of the HR measures companies put in place to support and encourage their staff. Secondly, it conducts an anonymous employee survey on key workplace issues such as leadership, building strong, trust-based working relationships, identification, team spirit, professional development, remuneration, health promotion and work-life balance.

Iron your shirts yourself? Not at adesso!

One of many perks to make your daily life easier is our laundry service for shirts and blouses, available to all our employees. Without it, our staff would have had to wash and iron over 65,000 of their shirts and blouses themselves last year alone.

SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT IS A TEAM SPORT

Employees receive a monthly allowance on top of their salary for active gym or sports club memberships. In addition, if a group of employees hire a sports hall, football pitch or badminton court, adesso will cover the full cost.

JobRad

An adesso cooperation with JobRad enables permanent employees to lease their individual desired bike.
