They familiarise themselves with the process analyses and the process (re)design of our clients’ key business processes. They control the requirements engineering of the current and future IT systems. They also analyse projects and define the technology, technology stacks and development environments. They are also familiar with both traditional and agile approaches to project management. Our project management processes are designed in line with the standards of PMI or PITPM.
