The Interaction Room methodology used for this project was implemented to prioritize Vaillant’s IT needs and to provide solutions for all business units within the company including finance, after-sales services, call center and human resources.
With the initiation of the project, Vaillant Turkey IT and other business units came together to learn about each others’ requirements. In a transparent environment, the teams decided together what the primary problem of company was. Everyone reflected on what their units’ IT needs were and how they could reach their goals. The project accelerated business procedures and prevented strategic errors.
