“adessi” use many opportunities for discussion throughout the day - for example, over a cup of coffee or tea. We have therefore created a pleasant, collegial atmosphere in our locations. Hot and cold drinks, muesli, snacks and fruit are all available free of charge.
At adesso, your abilities and the best arguments count, and this applies to everyone - even management. Questions are allowed - and expressly encouraged. Ultimately, some things can only be clarified by personal dialogue, and remaining open to this is part of the adesso DNA. Our “Ask the board” sessions provide employees with an opportunity to ask questions, which are spontaneously answered in a video.
