Targeted: Trend Scouting
We prefer to lead trends instead of following them. We run two committees with this in mind. Our technology advisory committee identifies, evaluates, and prioritises technology trends, while the academic committee was formed to improve knowledge transfer between research and practice. In this committee, managers and professors from renowned universities discuss current academic and technologic topics.
Our business is based on innovative ideas and future-capable technologies, but we can’t take both concepts to the highest level without our people. We therefore invest in the development of employees and technology. Adesso is closely aligned to the market and to our people. This consistently opens up new opportunities. Our plan: To continue using our solid base to create new success.
