If required, for example, when several employees are involved, we can also provide German- or English-speaking project management staff who will coordinate the various collaborative activities. We explicitly choose employees to work on your project who also possess knowledge in the specific domain in addition to the necessary technical expertise. As a first step, we provide a detailed insight into our SmartShore concept and introduce you to our convincing references. Furthermore, we work with you to clarify the project context along with the associated requirements – possibly in the Interaction Room if needed.
#2PROCESS MODEL
The purpose of this step is to specify the detailed project topics, such as the team setup, on-site remote distribution of employees, commercial model, ramp-up strategies or the timeline.
#3PROPOSAL AND COMMISSIONING
In the last step, we present a final proposal for your planned project. If the proposal is agreed, the process ends with commissioning and the project kick-off.
