We understand that your job is an important part of your life - but not the only part. We therefore try to ensure a better work-life balance for our employees.

Support with childcare

Whether you want to travel the world, complete a dissertation, or simply enjoy an extended break for you and your family - at adesso you have the freedom to do this. You can apply for our time-out program and take an additional two months of unpaid leave on top of your annual leave allowance.

The more sporty among us can enjoy support for active pursuits. We subsidise membership of sports clubs and gyms. If a team of “adessi” get together to play sport, we pay the full hall or pitch rental, for example for our football, badminton, or basketball players.

We cooperate with kindergartens to help our employees find the ideal childcare place for their child. This model is already in place in Berlin, Dortmund, and Munich, with further locations to follow.

As a service provider for individual consulting and software development, at adesso we are always in close contact with our customers. Even in the age of electronic communication, there is no substitute for speaking to someone directly.
