adesso and Intland roadshow: compliant software development for the medical and pharmaceutical sector

At a roadshow in Germany and Switzerland, adesso and Intland Software are demonstrating how medical and pharmaceutical companies can fulfil industry regulations and ensure CSV-compliant systems during software development. The event for interested customers is scheduled for late November 2016. It will be stopping at adesso’s offices in Munich, Zurich, Frankfurt, Berlin and Hamburg.

The roadshow is free of charge for participants and is geared towards professionals and executives from the medical and pharmaceutical sector, as well as auditors and IT specialists in research, product development, quality management and compliance management. They can find out about documentation requirements in their industry while exploring the resulting standards for IT systems and the regulations that their software development activities are subject to, such as good automated manufacturing practice (GAMP), which sets computerized system validation (CSV) standards for the pharmaceutical sector. Along with a wide range of additional standards, the new VDI 5702 Blatt 1 guideline has been in force in the medical industry since May 2016. The guideline contains details on Medical SPICE, an assessment model for medical device software.

At the roadshow, the IT service provider adesso and Intland Software will demonstrate how medical and pharmaceutical companies can use codeBeamer ALM to securely and efficiently implement the many regulations when developing software. The fully integrated solution for application lifecycle management was designed by Intland to speed up and simplify the development of applications while complying with guidelines for systems that are critical to security and supporting applications throughout their lifecycle. adesso has developed special templates for the use of codeBeamer ALM in the medical and pharmaceutical industry that will be presented at the roadshow.
