adesso’s new acquisition, SP Integration, sees IT projects through, from the mapping out of requirements to architecture consulting to implementation. This company maintains intensive partnerships with IBM and Microsoft and has highly qualified employees who are trained and certified for the use of state-of-the-art technologies. They bring comprehensive expertise to adesso, especially in the areas of business intelligence, groupware and portals, and will thus make a sustainable contribution to the IT provider’s continued growth.
The date for adesso AG’s complete takeover of SP Integration GmbH is 1 Oc-tober 2016. Over the course of the ensuing months, SP Integration’s 30 mem-bers of staff will be assimilated into the IT service provider’s offices in Frankfurt am Main. adesso’s takeover will open up new developmental possibilities for SP Integration’s staff and give them the opportunity to get involved in large, complex projects with renowned customers. In turn, adesso AG will be able to offer its customers a portfolio that has been enhanced by this acquisition.
